The module Zvesda is one of
the main modules of ISS, built by Russia. This module is launch by the
rocket Proton and is autonomous. So it's thrusted to move to the
final orbit and rendez-vous operation.
It has 3 standard docking
ports. Also avalaible a fictive adapter SDA to add a module on the
bottom port dedicated for Soyuz and allow to extend the docking point
to avoid a collision.
